The installation of the second flexographic printing press BOBST MX2 manufactured by BOBST Firenze (Italy) took place in "Gamma-M" (Murom) printing house in February, 2019.

A new printing press is equipped by 8-color UV sections, a cold embossing and lamination module, a printing module for the delam / relam adhesive layer, and also two die-cutting units. Flexo machine BOBST MX2 - is the most popular model of the Italian manufacturer of printing equipment, which allows printing on self-adhesive materials up to 370 mm wide at speed up to 180 m / min.

“Gamma-M” is a young and dynamically developing company specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality self-adhesive labels. Cooperation with it began with the installation of the first printing line, which took place at the beginning of 2018. The installation of the first flexo machine BOBST MX2 allowed increasing the production capacity of the printing house and increasing the production volume of the self-adhesive label. Efficiency and quality were the main advantages of "Gamma-M" printing house, and it was decided to expand the production for the further development.

During the operation, the first flexographic machine BOBST MX2 has proven itself from the positive side for its high performance, reliability, speed and easy in the adjustment. Therefore, when choosing the next printing press, “Gamma-M” company, almost without thinking, made a choice in favor of the same model, expanding the configuration with finishing modules for producing a complex label. Three months later, after confirming the order at the factory, the new MX2 began working in a printing house.

The purchasing of the second BOBST MX2 will allow “Gamma-M” printing house to expand the range of manufactured label products and strengthen its position in the flexographic printing market.
