Installation of flexographic printing press BOBST M5X in Podolsk

VMG service engineers have installed and put into operation a servo-driven printing line BOBST М5Х in a huge Russian flexographic printing house «Business-Group «Streletz».

“Business-Group “Streletz” has been producing high-quality labels for more than 15 years and has invaluable experience in the field of flexographic printing. Thanks to a responsible and professional attitude to their work, the turnover and opportunities of the company are growing every year. Over the past 4 years, 3 pieces of BOBST printing lines have been installed, as well as several pieces of other equipment.

The installed BOBST M5X printing line is designed for producing of high-quality, complex labels and includes the company's latest developments in the field of finishing modules. The unique expanded configuration will allow the company to enter new markets, both in the production of exclusive self-adhesive labels and in the printing of base film materials.

BOBST M5X is a modern fully servo-driven flexographic printing line for printing label production on a wide range of materials. Two independent servo drives on each printing unit ensure registration accuracy while runs printing, and also expand the machine’s capabilities during the work with thin, stretching materials and manufacturing products that require printing with a second pass. The stability of the tension of the material and temperature control are carried out by chilled cylinders of increased diameter. A wide range of options is available for the BOBST M5X printing press: screen printing, the producing of 2 or 3-layers coupon label, a complete process automatizaton system, printing over the adhesive layer and much more.

“Vneshmultigraph” company successfully finished the year 2018, during which 5 narrow-web BOBST flexo machines were installed. Besides, at the beginning of 2019, another 3 printing lines are expected to be installed, which are being assembled at the BOBST Firenze factory at present.
