At the 13th international exhibition of print technologies and packaging PrintPack India, which takes place once every two years in Delhi, Manugraph has introduced the new web offset printing press S LINE. It has been designed for multi-page, full-color top-quality printing, incorporating all the latest Manugraph’s achievements in automation.

In the new model Manugraph’s engineers have combined technical features which are most demanded by middle-sized printers. The maximal printing speed is 40000 IPH, maximal web width is 915 mm. Three cut-off sizes can be chosen: 533, 546 and 578 mm. Inking system has 8 rollers, including 2 oscillating rollers and 2 form rollers. S LINE print tower consists of two H-units with vertical web lead.

The newspaper line can be equipped by F222 folder or newly developed F860 folder. With F860 folder up to 12 webs can be folded, producing the newspaper of 96 pages of tabloid size.

S LINE web offset printing press can be equipped by different optional equipment for production automation, thus reducing the waste and saving time for print runs change-over.
