Installation of new equipment at “Flex-Print” printing house

VMG-Label engineers have made the installation of the fully servo-driven flexographic printing press M3 LINE manufactured by BOBST. The customer is a well-known printing house Flex-Print, which has chosen a modern 8 colors shaft-less printing press with chilling rollers.

Flex-Print Company started its activities in 2000, and for more than 15 years it has been steadily strengthen its position on the label production market. This printshop is a long-term partner of BOBST (former Nuova GIDUE) company. There were 3 printing presses manufactured by the well-known manufacturer BOBST before the last deal. The main customer’s expectations of the new machine were high efficiency, automation, waste minimization, wide range of substrates, and the ability to be modernized by additional processing modules. 

Flex-Print has explored the market very carefully. The company has studied printing presses’ possibilities of all main manufacturers of flexographic equipment. Market analysis was done in order to understand which machine and in which configuration will be able to meet the needs.

Based on the received data, Flex-Print printing house has chosen fully servo-driven printing press M3 LINE manufactured by BOBST. Flex-Print will expand the range of production and increase productivity with a help of a new flexographic printing press.

The plan of the printing house for the nearest future is to access new production markets such as flexible packaging, shrinkable sleeves and others.
