Plates cleaning reach a new level of efficiency

In December, 2015 VMG-Trade company presented a new effective chemical InstaKleen HD for the plate cleaning. The perfect chemical’s action allows VMG-Trade to recommend it as a heavy duty plate cleaner. It’s compatible with UV inks and is suitable for all types of CtP-plates.

The main feature of InstaKleen HD is a fast and deep cleaning of offset plates. The mixture of it includes particles of abrasives. The consistence is rather stiff and it allows to make the small local areas cleaning on the plate cylinder. It quickly removes even severe contaminations and dried ink, reducing time for the service of the offset printing press. InstaKleen HD acts instantly on the non-printing elements of monometallic plates providing the recovery of their hydrophilic abilities and preventing further pollution. After applying the cleaner can be easily removed with water.

InstaKleen HD will lighten the operation of the offset machine and reduce time for the printing press service. A new cleaner will allow restoring the printing abilities of the plates.
