Impressive performance of Ecoline

This novelty has attracted printers’ attention. Having small dimensions this newspaper line can alone satisfy the demands of the city of several hundred thousand people. Speed of the printing press is rather high – upto 25000 IPH. It meets today’s demands of many printers. The fact that this machine can be installed in the workshops with the ceiling’s height just over 3 meters allows using Ecoline nearly in any industrial building.

The small Ecoline dimensions result in a shorter web travel system, providing convenience for operator. And the final outcome is the remarkable less wastage in the job change operation.  No doubt, it is much easier to operate the press if it’s placed on the same level. All these features lead to the waste reduction and better print quality.  

Ecoline printing line with one folder and six towers has been installed at Manugraph workshop. Four of these towers are planned to be dispatched to the buyer in India in January, 2016. The rest two are planned to be left at the manufacturing premises for the demo purposes.

During tests the samples of real newspapers have been printed. Customers have checked the ink feed and register accuracy across the whole printing field. The results of Ecoline’s printing have surprised even specialists. The press has even printed perfectly the test, initially designed for the sheet-fed presses. The register accuracy was within 0,1 mm across the whole printing field.  

The highest competition level on the newspaper printing market demands printers to improve the quality and starts uncompromising fight for the waste reduction. Ecoline printing press has been developed to achieve these aims. According to the tests’ results Manugraph designers have met the requirements, and the great future is waiting for this new newspaper machine.
