Ashe Converting Equipment manufactures slitter rewinders, inspection machines, in-line and off-line turret rewinders, label converting lines and other premium quality equipment for the both the Narrow web and wide web formats of the industry

Ashe has been involved in the converting industry for over 40 years initially manufacturing electronic drives and controls for the printing and finishing sectors before moving into the manufacture of Slitting and Rewinding machines and to date has over 1000 machines installed worldwide

For the narrow web converter one of the most well known products of Ashe converting equipment is the slitter rewinder of Opal series. This machine can be manufactured for the working with web width up to 600 mm at a speed of up to 300 mtrs per minute. UK’s manufacturer also can incorporate numerous add-ons: slitting, missing label detection, rotary die cutting, inspection, reel loading and others.

For the wide web converter Ashe have a number of solutions with its Onyx, Diamond and world renowned Sapphire series of Slitting and Rewinding machinery for web widths of up to 2000 MM. and include such features as vacuum pull roll technology, non use of hydraulics, and differential winding techniques

One of the primary product for film rewinding are the machines of Jade series for which Ashe manufactures in web widths from 1650mm through to 8700mm.
