Only a year ago the second printing press CityLine Express was installed in «ERNUR» printing house. The configuration was as following: two 4+4 print towers equipped by three reel stands, 1:2:2 folder.
The printing press has been working perfectly without any problems and the production loading of the printing house made the management of «ERNUR» purchase an additional 2+2 unit. The head of this holding was asked, what is the success’s dominant in such hard time for the newspaper business, and he replied briefly - quality printing.
«ERNUR»’s output loading is due to the order’s overflowing from other printing houses which have missed a possibility to make the modernization and they can’t offer such high level of the printing to their customers.
It’s impossible to charge «ERNUR» printing house with damping, the prices are higher than market prices here, but the customers are not frightened with it and the negotiations about the newspapers orders for the color printing start with the discussion of the production possibilities. They constantly increase. After the modernization of Cityline Express printing press the printing house will offer to its customers the printing from 4 reels. The second printer’s brigade, which is already ready and gaining the experience, will start working soon.
