Drip-off varnishing

Technology of drip-off varnishing allows making a selective varnishing without producing of a special varnishing plate.

Drip-off consists of varnishes produced by Japanese comapny TOYOINK: TOYO FD LPC COAT VARNISH HG EU and TOYO  FD LPC PEEL OP VAR EU – varnishes can be used for printing on the presses equipped by HS UV and LED UV dryers.

This technology allows to get a special decorate effect based on the contrast of matt and glossy surface which is often used in design.

Relief of the picture becomes much more complicated and multifaceted and the imprint gains particular tactile properties. Drip-off varnishing is an additional way to increase the resistance to abrasion.
