Height-LED — is a new partner of «VMG» company

The recent LabelExpo Shanghai exhibition was marked by an important event. "Vneshmultigraph" company has concluded an exclusive partnership agreement with the manufacturer of drying devices Height-LED and will now supply equipment of this brand to our country.

Height-LED manufacturer is a modern, high-tech enterprise that uses different technologies for the production of drying devices. Today, these are primarily LED technologies. The company was founded in 2011. Over time, it focused on the development of various ultraviolet drying devices, including for the printing industry.

The company now produces UV dryers for offset, screen and flexo printing, created them, using UV-LED and Mercury-UV technology.

Now when VMG has become an exclusive partner of Height-LED, Russian printing houses will be able to order and quickly receive modern equipment for equipping and modernization of the existing flexographic machines with new drying devices. It is no secret that machines that have been in operation for more than seven years need to replace drying devices, because the repairing of existing ones is not economically justified, and in the current situation it is also extremely difficult. In this regard, a good solution is to replace all dryers on the printing machine with new ones while simultaneously switching to LED technology. However, it is not at all necessary to modernize all units with LED dryers. Height-LED produces replaceable cassettes, that is, any unit can work both with the new technology and with mercury lamps, which Russian printers have long been accustomed to. It is possible to modernize the entire printing machine only with new mercury dryers, without changing the inks used from usual to LED.

Drying devices are manufactured according to individual customer requirements. Drying type, replaceability, number of dryers - all this can be flexibly changed.
