Autopasters are necessary

In February 2022, VMG company installed three autopasters in one of the printing houses in the Moscow region. Additional devices were installed with CityLine Express newspaper web offset printing machine already installed at this enterprise. Vneshmultigraph specialists successfully completed the installation and putting-into-operation of the equipment. In the free time from production tasks, three usual unwinds were replaced in turn by three autopasters, the integration of the control of new devices with the control of the printing machine was carried out.

The new equipment will allow the printing house to automate the process of changing the roll, which in turn will increase the productivity of the newspaper line. Without this kind of automation, it is impossible to work in today's very tough Moscow market. Autopasters allow you to save from 2-3 to 10-20 percent of paper, depending on the length of the print run and the volume of the publication. Also reduced machine downtime. This kind of cost reduction is vital in a modern not simple newspaper market.
