VMG installations in 2021, a short overview

The outgoing year was very difficult for the printing industry. But, despite of all the difficulties, it was a successful year in which landmark projects were implemented.

In close cooperation with Bobst, Vneshmultigraph company has carried out successful installations for several major customers.

At the beginning of the year, VMG service center put-into-operation Bobst M3 Line narrow-web flexographic press for printing self-adhesive labels at Podolsk printing house "Strelets".

In February 2021, a VMG project was implemented for the supply of BOBST Expert M3 flexographic printing line to one of the largest Russian enterprises.

In August of this year, VMG specialists put-into-operation Bobst Nova M1 printing line in a Moscow printing house. The Nova M1 model is popular and has a large number of repeat sales, both in Russia and around the world.
Due to the special price offer, optimally thought-out configuration, reliability and ease of use, as well as a short production time, this printing line is of the greatest interest to customers.

Also, this year, VMG engineers carried out the transfer and installation of three BOBST printing lines from the old site of one of the largest Russian printing houses to new, more spacious premises. Vneshmultigraph company has its own service center with licensed engineers who carry out both installation work and any post-warranty service.

In partnership with a well-known manufacturer of finishing equipment ORTHOTEC, a contract with one of the largest Russian label manufacturers was concluded for the supply of ORTHOTEC SRFD finishing line. ORTHOTEC offers one of the fastest screen printing solutions on the market. More and more companies are choosing ORTHOTEC equipment around the world. In Russia and Europe, printing shops are especially interested in finishing systems that are used in the production of complex labels with high added value, for example, for the wine or cosmetic industries.

One more important event is the installation of ECOLINE book printing machine at “Krasnaya Zvezda” printing house. VMG specialists put into operation ECOLINE offset printing press manufactured by Manugraph company at the new production site of the printing shop of JSC “Krasnaya Zvezda”, Moscow. The machine has a book cut-off and is designed exclusively for printing book products.

And in conclusion, we would like to tell about one more installation, which was carried out in 2021. VMG has implemented a very large-scale project for the installation of CityLine Express newspaper printing machine in “Krasnaya Zvezda” printing house in Moscow. The complexity of the installation was that a used machine was purchased, a major overhaul of the mechanics was carried out on it, all the electrical and electronic parts of the machine were replaced. Additional devices have also been installed to automate the printing process, such as automatic registration. Four VMG engineers were involved in this project for half a year. Now the entire production of newspapers has already been transferred to a new site and the machine has begun its service for the benefit of readers of the military-patriotic and, of course, ordinary commercial press.
